Positive: Location is amazing. Just few meters from the beach. Easy bus ride to the city centre. Frequent buses. Great restaurants and bars nearby.
Negative: Nothing at all.

Positive: Wonderful house in a wonderful area. Marien and Paco were really helpful and accommodating, though everything was so easy there we didn't have to ask them anything (I almost felt sorry not to have more questions as they obviously have a wealth of local knowledge!) The house is in a perfect location for the beach (right over the small road) and for getting buses into Malaga from the main road about 7 minutes away. El Palo is a great neighbourhood, with small visitor-oriented places dotted along the sea front of a normal functional neighbourhood. Here there are lots of independent shops where you can stock up on vegetables, fresh bread, etc. Also an indoor market (best fruit!) and many pharmacies. Beds were comfy and the house was well equipped. The house is the former family house and we were instructed to use anything and everything we found there. There were also little extras that the hosts had prepared for guests. Kitchen had everything we needed. We spent most of the time on the terrace, listening to the sea and the neighbours socialising on the street.

Positive: The location is excellent - right next to the beach and restaurants in lovely El Palo. The house is traditional and has a really nice feel to it and the terrace is fantastic. Marién was helpful, friendly and efficient in all communication and gave us some great recommendations.
