Positive: The house is superb, Ciudad Expo is almost like a gated community, you will feel very safe and free to walk around. The house owners were very nice, very attentive, and very quick to answer. We had an issue regarding the blinds in the bedroom not closing all the way, and they resolved the issue in no time, super fast. Great communication, no language barriers whatsoever. Good location, even though Ciudad Expo it's not in the center of Seville, the subway station is very close and very cheap, you can travel with a credit card no need to buy a subway card. There is a subway every 10 minutes or so. Parking is also great and free, together with the subway you won't need to take your car to the center of Seville and get in traffic jams. There is an Aldi, Lidl and Mercadona nearby and several fast food chains like Popeyes.

Negative: There were some traces of dust I could feel my allergies acting up, but nothing too bad. The pool is a nice plus, however it's 15 minutes by foot and 5 minutes by car. The pool is inside a club you'll have to ask permission to get in, the house owners left instructions on how to get in, however it's still a lot of trouble, it feels like they're doing you a favor. Most of the people in the club don't speak English, so asking for help is very difficult, to say the least. The pool was the biggest factor to choose this house, and we didn't mind paying a little extra to get a pool, but given all these hurdles to get to the pool we gave it a score of 8 instead of 10.

Positive: Excellent location outside of the city, 10 minutes on foot from a metro station. Very spacious appartment. The bedroom was quiet, but there was some traffic noise (and noisy neighbours) on the balcony or in the living room, even with the windows closed (but nothing too dramatic).The owner was very nice and accomodating and gave us some tips on where to go and how to get there. The metro station cavalieri has some nice bars and restaurants around, as well as a supermarket. There was plenty of free street parking and quite a few empty spaces around (in may).

Negative: The pool was closed (in may of 2024) and we did not see it mentionned when booking.

Positive: Clean and presentable. A 10 minute walk to the Metro. An Aldi 5 minutes away. Parking was adequate, if you could find a spot. Excellent communication from Pepa who was very responsive in answering questions or checking to see that all was alright.

Negative: Getting there was like taking on a challenge for Mission Impossible. The instructions were not the same as the advertised address and it took a little effort to work it out. It would have been good to have a set of written instructions to help finding thing like the WiFi, which are tacked into the bottom of instructions for passport registration. The unit is small so be aware. Kitchenette is limited in its function which restricts food choices if self-catering.

Summary: After all the challenges have been overcome it can be a good location for a trip to Seville.
