Positive: The location is close to the tourist area of Alicante, just 10 minutes from the famous promenade and 15 minutes from the beach. There are many restaurants nearby, and public transport is very easily accessible. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully furnished and equipped kitchen.

Negative: Just as suggestions: there were too few coffee capsules provided (we only received two capsules — one regular and one decaffeinated — which was insufficient for two people staying 5 nights), and the amount of toilet paper was also limited. However, these are only minor suggestions and they did not negatively affect our stay.

Summary: Comfortable stay, close to the main attractions in Alicante.

Positive: If I could give more than a 10, I would. We had a fantastic stay here. The apartment was super clean and the complex is very chic and luxurious. Everything we needed was there, there is even a small gym and a free laundry sarette that you can use and we were very happy with the iron that was present in the apartment. We even had two bathrooms, which was very nice. It was also very nice that we could leave our suitcases in a safe before check-in and after checking out. Check-in is completely digital with an app, we found it very easy to work. The apartment had shutters making it super dark with sleeping, which was nice!

Negative: The apartment is located in the city so of course you sometimes hear some city noises. But it is located in a relatively quiet street without bars or entertainment venues, which already saves a lot in terms of noise and yet it is super central and everything is within walking distance.

Positive: Modern, clean, and well located. Everything we needed was at walking distance, which made our stay really easy to manage. Being able to leave the luggage, for free, after the checkout was very helpful.
