Positive: Not too much to list: - The host was very friendly and tried to address our complaints. - Close to the airport and big shopping centre. - price for 3 bedrooms - washer and dryer available.

Negative: When we checked in, the floors were very dirty, bathrooms not cleaned properly (stains of urine on the toilet seats!). The host was cooperative and offered to clean everything up. When you enter the apartment, you feel strong smell of chemicals they use to get rid of insects. Note that the insects are still present. Cockroaches in the kitchen were not making our stay pleasant for sure. Next. The apartment desperately needs maintenance and updates. The whole interior painted white many years ago and it's now brown where people hands touch it. Doors, walls, light switches and so on. Black mold in bathrooms which have no ventilation. The whole apartment leaves very filthy feeling. After two other properties we stayed in during our trip to Panama (priced approximately the same) this one was a shock to us. 8+ rating on booking.com was definitely misleading. There are only two bedrooms with air conditioners. The third bedroom doesn't have an AC as well as no ACs in the common areas. We didn't find a way to make the kitchen/living room cooler even with AC working at the max setting in other rooms.

Summary: could be OK for one night stay before your flight. uncomfortable for longer stays.

Positive: The owner is very friendly and helpful, apartment located in a nice neighborhood that is close to Tocumen airport, great for an early flight situation. Owner also provides shuttle service. Marvelous experience.
