Positive: The apartment is brand new, quiet, tastefully decorated and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Underground parking and A/C were an unexpected bonus. Close proximity to the metro and tram, shops and restaurants. Very pleasant, welcoming and responsive hosts.

Positive: It's a pleasant stay for my short business trip in Warsaw, the apartment was quite clean and well equipped, although it did take some time to the event venue and city center, but the apartment itself is well located, easy to get some food, coffee or something from supermarkets, the only pity was I failed to localise a store specialised with local cheese (except the supermarkets).

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Super-clean, great beeding, great bed, great bathroom facilities. But best of all location : less than a minute walk from the office. Unparallelled location for visit to Roche, Pandora (and probably Nestle). 2 min walk to a Putka bakery, Zapka, Biedronka and just across the street from a cool restaurant (Laba).

Negative: The wind outside- when it blows hard, not even the double glazing blocks the sound. Free wi-fi and Netflix fixes that easily :-)

Positive: I liked everything. The appartment has all what you need (appliances, comfort, salt, sugar, tea assortment, washing machine, and the parking in the undercover garage, grosery stores nearby, some coffee shops, etc). It's a bit distant from the city center, but very easy with the metro/subway (station is pretty near).

Negative: The link to the place for google maps, wise etc in booking.com is wrong and made me go around and around with the car in complicated places. I then decided to put manually the address provided in the message then it was perfect.

Summary: Very good place, with all what you need and a private covered parking in the garage.
