Positive: The hotel/ Apartment was well maintained with spacious room and kitchen facilities. Location is handy with supermarket and restaurant outside. Room with great Mountain view overlooking the St. Nicholas Church. Hostess Anna is super friendly and helpful.

Negative: The driveway into hotel is unpaved with no signage, hence a bit difficult to find if arrived in dark. There is a few staircases to access the hotel. No TV in room.

Summary: This hotel is definitely great value for money.

Positive: Nice interior of the room cozy ambience and great taste of the room decor. I liked that I was at home and was wellcomed!!! I reeally appreciate the hostess, seems she is in love with her cozy appratment hotel!!!

Negative: I would recommend to add the hairdryier in the room, but not mandatory. Also for someone, the engine sounds might be disturbing, not very much for me.

Summary: Place of high hills and piecfull gorgeous mountains, breathtaking views of snow peaks!!!

Positive: The hotel is placed in a center of the town, it is very clean, comfortable, with a really huge rooms and very friendly hostess, plus the price is very low, I recommend it 100%!!!

Positive: Room was huge and very modern and clean. Lots of space for parking. Great location with everything you need within a short walk. Right next door to a grocery store. Host was super nice and very accommodating. Overall a perfect stay!

Positive: I had an amazing time staying at Apart-Hotel Seti. First of all, huge thanks to Ana, who was absolutely wonderful - she helped with everything I needed and even let me stay for an extra night free of charge! That was truly unexpected and very kind of her. The location is unbeatable - right by the town hall, in the very heart of Mestia. Everything is close by, and the views are beautiful. The apartment was warm, super clean, and very comfortable. I felt like at home from the very first moment. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or staying longer, this place is just perfect. Highly recommend - and special thanks again to Ana for her hospitality and generosity!

Positive: Great location in the heart of Mestia, yet quiet and relaxed neighborhood. Brand new apartments with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including refrigerator, kettle, small electric stove, dishes and utensils. Comfortable bed, towels - of the highest standard. Shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, rentals, etc. are just a few steps from the house. But the best about this place is its host - the wonderful Anna, always in touch, ready to help and arrange any requests, welcoming and friendly. I will definitely stay here during my next amazing trips to Svaneti!
