Summary: This is our second time staying here and the property is wonderful!!! Very clean. Great location close to RMNP and Estes. I love sitting out by the river it’s very relaxing and beautiful sunsets! The bed was comfortable and all amenities were great. The cabin was clean. The only thing we didn’t like was the couch. It’s not comfortable and to watch tv from it really strains your neck. A wall mount that tilts the tv would be nice. We will definitely be back next year! Love this location !

Summary: I had a peaceful stay with some awesome views of antlered elk munching on trees and shrubs just a few yards from my door. The sound of the fall river was a plus as well.

Summary: The property's location and those we communicated with were fabulous! This unit is just run down. Also, the hot tub wasn't at all clean and thermostat is not working. I wouldn't stay at this condo in the future but, would stay at one of the others they manage.

Summary: The condo was perfect size and the hot tub was fantastic. The hot tub had a privacy wall that was nice. The kitchen had everything you needed. The fireplace was cozy. The only thing negative is the bed was too hard. Both my husband and I kept waking up to arms falling asleep or kinks in our neck. Also they only gave us 3 towels, so bring extra for the hot tub. Great location and quiet.
