Positive: We stayed for 3 nights and loved absolutely everything about this property. Clean, spacious, well appointed kitchen with full size fridge, coffee machine (with lots of pods), dishwasher etc. Great shower and comfy beds. Good communication with host. Parking was about a 10-15 minute walk away which is normal for Matera as you can't drive in the historic centre. Location and view... absolutely wow!

Positive: Very comfortable and clean apartment with an amazing view from the terrace. The host was very helpful providing information where to park the car and how to get into the apartment. Apartment contained free Wi-Fi, A/C, TV and a small kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, a few cups, plates, cutlery, dishwasher and fridge. The bathroom was clean, with shower, towels, shampoo and shower gel

Positive: The views and location are wonderful. You are in the heart of the Old city in Matera. It is a one of a kind experience with a glimpse into the ancient city but with modern amenities.

Negative: The A/C was very weak and very little moving air. This made the room very stuffy and very hot up in the loft where you sleep.

Positive: Fantastic location in the Sassi with amazing view, facing the cathedral. Room is spacious, very clean and comfortable, good water pressure and hot water in the bathroom. Stayed 3 nights and every day was marvelous - can watch the beautiful sunrise from balcony, enjoy dinner or a drink on the balcony with a view. Recommend for a couple!

Negative: The address provided through an automated/system message was incorrect (factually correct, but not the right entrance with keys), so I ended up going up the wrong flight of stairs. Best to follow the address on the booking made or the separate message from the owner/manager instead, as the instructions were very clear in that separate message. I didn't use the sofas, but they were worn out and didn't feel clean so I didn't use them. Also a bunch of mosquitoes in the flat, which I think is just attributable to the city itself

Positive: Couldnt wish for more! Clean and spacious apartment, fully equiped with everything that you might need. The location is very convenient and the view was just perfect. We spent hours on the balcony just watching the view and taking pictures of this amazing place. Easy self check-in. We would definitely stay again.

Negative: The matress was a bit hard. But overall our stay was absolutely spotless.
