Summary: We got there after the office closed and they have a handy key box to retrieve your room keys. The cottage was nice, clean, and bed comfortable. The property needed to have the grass cut, gave the impression of unkept but room was good.

Summary: Just a quick one night stay on my way to Big Bend National Park...easy and helpful instructions were sent to get me in my room...i had no actual interaction with staff...room was small but functional with a small fridge and microwave...concrete floors...room was clean but did see a few creepy crawlers during my brief stay...overall, it was fine for my quick one night stay

Summary: Very quaint and classy place. Very quiet and clean. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job and the cool guy at the desk had a nirvana shirt which is always a plus for us! Favorite band ! Anyway, reasonably priced and comfortable.

Summary: The interior of the cabins are cute and seemingly maintained, however the property is in disrepair and a limited staff that doesn’t seem to care. I felt so uncomfortable I slept with my purse under my pillow. In the morning there was a huge semi dead roach on the floor and no running water to shower and get ready with. I messaged the hotel number and no response so after 30 min I messaged the “emergency “ number given in the email. Five hours later they responded saying it was on now and all good! We had checked out at 1045a as we only had one night ( thank God) and this was at 330p. We were told they don’t check the “emergency“ line if it’s during 9-5 because someone is on property. I’m not checking 28 cabins on a run down property to find the one housekeeper they claim was there. At 1045 when we dropped the key in the box at the lobby the door was still locked and sign said closed. I hope things turn around for them and they can bring this property back to its glory as it’s a historic place that deserves some love.

Summary: I have been staying at the Antelope lodge for over 30 years. I love this place. Cute, funky, adorably decorated & charming.

Summary: Refrigerator did not work. Truthfully do not know where the good ratings came from. Kinda dumpy, but the bed was comfortable. Very old and definitely not worth the money

Summary: A throwback motor lodge with clean comfortable duplex bungalows. Have to drive a couple miles to get in to Alpine bird that was actually am advantage. Definitely would stay again

Summary: I was worried prior to arrival due to previous reviews. However it was exactly what I was expecting. Cute little house with double beds. Very clean and the AC blew cold. The only issue I found was the fridge did not work. However we did not need it and only needed a clean comfortable place to sleep for the night. I’d stay here again.
