Positive: The facility is well maintained and clean, except for the kitchen area. However, there are frequent power outages in that area during the afternoon hours, which prevent the air conditioning from functioning especially during current summer time. Although the property is equipped with a power backup system that allow lights and Fan to run but it does not support the air conditioner.

Negative: Caretakers should not use the facility especially the kitchen while Guests are in Villa.During our stay they were using kitchen, Fridge and utensils.

Positive: This property is exact match as shown in the photos. Everything was neat and clean. All three bedrooms are equipped with required amenities. Drawing room and kitchen has all things needed. Small things are also taken care which were not mentioned in the villa profile like Bluetooth speakers, smart tv with WiFi. 24/7 caretaker. Special thanks to host Usman, he ensured everything is maintained/arranged as expected. He was very generous and true whatever he committed.

Negative: Everything was as expected.
