Summary: We are not golfers, but found this hotel an excellent, though expensive, place to stay. It had lots of amenities to appeal to non golfers and was in an excellent location with very helpful staff. A car is essential to stay here. The breakfast was very good, as I am sure was the dinner. However we chose not to have dinner as there didn't appear to be much plain food on the menu. Although it may have been possible to ask for this, we felt the price being asked reflected the complexity of the menu, and plain food would not have been value for money.

Summary: it’s a nice boutique hotel but the rooms are cozy and not too bad. Also, the hotel is very close to the airport but middle of nowhere. If you have to take a taxi service to Bowmore, which is the town center, for meals, It will cost 40 poundsround-trip. The hotel has a restaurant on site but sort of limited menu if you have any kind of meal restrictions or limitations. It is also close to a beach and has a golf course. The beach is beautiful and such a nice walk from the hotel.
