This modern townhouse is located in a perfect postion close to the main shopping centre and is decorated well to suit any holiday goer.
Features include: a private courtyard where you can relax the day away, an outdoor entertaining area, open plan lounge and dining, with TV and DVD player and reverse cycle air conditioning, modern well laid out kitchen including, fridge and dishwasher, free WiFi throughout, master bedroom has a large King bed and en-suite and the second bedroom has 2 single King beds, family bathroom, laundry and remote control single garage.
This is one place that would be great to stay at for your next holiday to Phillip Island, so close to beach, shops and cafes.
PLEASE NOTE:

PETS: Pets considered-outdoors only
LINEN: Please note sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. You can either bring your own or hire them from Dianne, the Holiday Rental Manager. The only time linen is provided is at the Moto GP championship weekend.
BOND: A bond of $400 is held against your credit card. There is no payment required.
STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents)
PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
There are many activities available on Phillip Island and only 1.5 to 2-hour drive from Melbourne CBD. A perfect location and a very confortable townhouse for you to enjoy your break away.

Summary: Easy walk to the hotel and restaurants. Very quiet, neat and tidy. All you could ask for in my opinion. Much bigger than we needed. Huge showers (2) and a lovely spa bath in the ensuite.

Summary: We are four mums who have been on "Girls Weekend" 15 years in a row (since our 1st borns were in Prep). We have stayed in MANY different types of accommodation and Annie's Place is our favourite so far. Perfectly situated with a VERY short walk to the shops and also the beach (although this was not a beach weekend, it was nice to have a saunter). On the other hand, it's far enough away from the noise of a busy Cowes. Dianne was very easy to contact. Upon arrival we were impressed by the cleanliness and the overall presentation. Annie's Place is not fancy or pretentious. We felt comfortable and at home. It is PERFECT for four people. We WILL be back.

Summary: We loved it ! Everything was a short walk away . It was lovely and private , well furnished and wonderfully comfortable. So peaceful and quiet too even though Cowes CBD was only around 100 metres away. We had some lovely walks on the beach as it is also only about 75 metres away . We highly recommend this great place for weekend getaways or holiday stays it was great value compared to other properties ( and we have stayed at a few of them ) We will definitely be back .
