Positive: I had a pleasant stay at Annandale Bed and Breakfast. The location is very good, with easy access to the city and public transport, which made getting around Dublin quite convenient. The hospitality was excellent the host was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The room itself was cosy, clean, and comfortable, providing a nice place to rest.

Negative: However, the room did not have a microwave or any facility to heat food. I understand that it is a bed and breakfast, but I do think having access to a microwave or a small shared space for this purpose would be an important and useful addition for guests. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great hospitality and location, but this small improvement would make the experience even better.

Positive: We received a warm welcome upon arrival and got tips where to eat and which busses to take. Several types of cooked breakfast (including vegetarian options) were available at EUR10 per person/day, which is very convenient. Rooms aren't big, but big enough for a few days, and we knew that in advance, so that's fine. Our room showed to the back and was very quiet at nights.

Negative: Wi-Fi worked but was mediocre at best. Despite the good location, travel times to the City Centre are longer than expected, which is NOT a problem of Annandale B&B but a result of messy Dublin traffic. During busy times, allow 40 min altogether to the City centre or 60 min to the Guinness Storehouse. Just keep in mind if you're on a schedule.
