Summary: The reservation was for a double room, what we received were two double beds, each with their own duvet pushed together but with a degree of freedom between them that any little movement created a space between the beds. If I had wanted a room with two single beds, I would have booked that. I booked a double bed, my booking atated I was to be provided with a double bed room but that was not the case upon accessing the room. If yoiu are not goping to provide what was booked, I should have been informed of this.
