Positive: Good breakfast. Nice to have the option to eat on outside balcony. Great location close to UM and lots of interesting nooks and artwork around the place. Nice sized bathrooms and lots of little extras (shampoos, ample towels, etc.).

Negative: Could not figure out how to close the skylight windows at night. Owner did not respond to texts calls about the matter, but TBH I did not realize it was an issue until 8:30pm and I think they were asleep.

Summary: Would strongly recommend to others!

Positive: Very close to the university of Michigan. They have parking. It was a good value for the location.

Negative: The parking was tight and it took a while to find someone to get checked in.

Positive: You can’t beat the location or the lovely, homey atmosphere. Most benevolent and charming innkeeper you’ve ever met. If you’ve ever met one. It’s like stepping back in time.

Negative: The room was facing a Main Street and uses airflow for cooling. So we had to ah e the windows open in summer, which made it a bit loud as cars started to go by in the morning.

Summary: So happy we stayed here.
