Summary: We came to Ann Arbor for opening night at the Big House to watch U of M play football. Great property, very accommodating staff. Just a very nice place to stay with every amenity you could want!

Summary: The room and the food were good. The staff was very welcoming and nice towards the children and me. However, The pool/sauna area/hot tub seems to be outdated. There was white solid material floating in the hot tub. The sauna looked rig with tape holding wires together. The pool rope was broken. The pool noodles had bite marks are over them that seem unsanitary.

Summary: So check-in was great. Room was clean and in good shape, but beds were soft and lighting was a little less than you would normally habe. When I went to open drapes for more.light, it revealed a full doorwall overlooking an interior hallway, not the outside. This was extremely strange for a 1st floor room and should be told to guests on check in.

And the most outstanding aspect of our stay was the customer service, professionalism and overall positive attitude of Front Desk Supervisor - Cade. He is outstanding and we appreciate it.

Summary: The hotel is a solid 4 star hotel for the Ann Arbor area. The room was clean, no frills but comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment we walked in the front door. Most of the hotels in this area are basically same level of accommodations.

Summary: The room definitely needs updated and the mattress desperately needs replaced!! The maid service was just okay! Needs to clean the cobwebs around the ceiling! Definitely not a hotel for tall people because the ceilings are low. The people at the front desk were kind and the lobby was nice. I room had a funny smell like someone smoked a cigar in it! Will not be staying here again!
