Positive: Finding the keys was easy, air conditioning worked, rooms were clean. It was possible to pay with card.

Negative: The bedroom had only a really tiny window, with no light coming through it. There was a musty smell even though an electronic air freshener was plugged in. The space was hardly enough for the beds when they were open. The two sofa beds were really uncomfortable. There was no oven.

Summary: The basement apartment we had was cheap, but after seeing it I would've payed more for a better one.

Negative: Everything was fine except the smell. It was underground apartment - number 2.
