Positive: Amazing Stay!Truly a Home Away from Home! I recently stayed at Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, check-in was smooth and took less than five minutes. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with modern decor and a breathtaking sea view . The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the housekeeping team made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch ,the outdoor pool was serene and offered stunning sunset views, while the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to all tastes. I also appreciated the small touches, like complimentary bottled water, plush robes, and turn-down service each evening. I will definitely go again!

Positive: Great location, breakfast was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. The panoramic pool is very beautiful . Convenient shuttle service from the hotel to the highway, from where you can go to the beach or the village.

Negative: The local beach was very small.

Positive: Everything was perfect! From the friendly staff, to the room, to the amenities (private beach, swimming pool, SPA, restaurants) to the environment! Absolutely nothing to say, I could not recommend enough Angsana! The staff will go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyeable as it can be!

Positive: Amazing facilities, staff all very friendly and helpful to arrange trips, taxis etc with recommendations.

Negative: The hotel seems to attract very large groups which was a big distraction for a couple wanting a quiet time. The staff and management seem to do very little to ensure individuals, couples and families are still having a good experience. A large wedding group totally dominated the pool area on one day so the next day we went to the private beach. However, the wedding group was having a private event on the beach that evening so we were told to leave earlier than usual hours (4pm rather than 6pm). There was no warning or compensation for this, a drink on the house would have sufficed. The next night the wedding party had an event on the top floor with extremely loud music until late (11pm). Later in the week there was a conference and one night they had some celebrations and for an hour they were all grouped (over 100 people) in the main lobby lift area making it very difficult to get back to our room. They left the hotel and returned in 3 coaches after midnight and were chanting for at least half an hour. A call down to reception did nothing to help and we were told they already been asked to stop. This sums up the experience; the hotel caters for large groups and benefits from that kind of revenue and isn’t capable of controlling the consequences or ensuring other guests have a good time. We complained a number of times and don’t believe anything was actually raised to management.

Summary: Disappointing and not value for money. We would not have booked if we knew the large groups would be such a problem.
