The rental house is located on the edge of Châtelaillon-Plage Angoulins sea, at a place called 'Saint Jean des Sables'. Facing the sea, 80 m from the beach, this semi-detached new house located on a main property of 270m2 fully fenced, will seduce you with all its qualities and benefits.
Built in September 2014 and furnished in a contemporary style, this holiday house has all the comfort and very good services.
2 large bedrooms of 11 and 13m2 are available with 1 bed of 140, wardrobe, desk and TV led. 1 single bed can be added in a room on request (can also put a cot available). Each room has a bay window that allows direct access to the large wooden terrace of 50m2 facing south ..
A large room 30m2 opening onto the terrace and consists of a new fully fitted kitchen with built in oven, oven-microwave, hotplates, drawer hood, large fridge, integrated freezer, ceramic sink, dishwasher , Tassimo coffee machine, etc .. and numerous cupboards have all the dishes and the usual kitchen utensils. Summary: We stayed here for 2 weeks end of June it was perfect for 2 adults with 2 small children. The house is very well stocked for self catering break. Everything you need in kitchen.Great area for BBQ. Pool really nice size and perfect for cooling on hotter summer days. The house itself stays fairly cool due to heat recovery system that constantly takes out hot air. Only 15 mins from airport and 5 min walk to beach that's really quiet. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy reach. Really lovely landlords who grow lots of lovely vegetables and left by our house some mornings that we thoroughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend for a really relaxing break. We will definitely return.

Summary: Excellent holiday home which was clean and well maintained, and as described on the website.The owner was friendly and informative and left us to our own devices for the week, except for giving us delicious fresh vegetables. The pool was small but lovely and shared with a friendly family next door. It was a great location for local beaches and the region. I definitely recommend it.
