Positive: We had an amazing stay at Anemmos Halikounas Beach! From the very first moment, Christina the host welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness. She provided us with great recommendations, was always available for any questions, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. A thoughtful highlight: since we are back sleepers and struggled with the standard pillows, she personally got us two brand-new ones. She even surprised us with delicious homemade apple pie and ouzo! The apartment was spotlessly clean and even more beautiful than in the photos. The beds were super comfortable, and the nights wonderfully quiet. The location is perfect for anyone looking for peace and relaxation: surrounded by nature, far away from mass tourism and crowded beaches, yet close to many quiet and beautiful spots along the coast. Also, we went to the north and Corfu town by car, which is possible in less than an hour. We felt completely at home and can highly recommend Anemmos Halikounas Beach. Hope to return one day!

Positive: We had the most incredibly amazing time at this place! Hands down the best place to stay at on the entire island! It's super close to the most incredible beach!!! But the accomodation is wonderful, you don't want to leave! It's super modern with a large living room and kitchen, the most comfortable bed and such attention to detail like mood light in the bedroom and a lighting up mirror! Everything was really clean and you have all the appliances you need (great hairdrier, induction stove, microwave, even a sandwich maker and vanity sets). The little private terrace is a great place to have a cozy breakfast or dinner. But the best is the enormous shower and bathroom, such a change from everywhere else on the island! But hands down the owner Christina and her family (especially the local boy Cannello the friendliest cuddliest dog) are what makes this place. For their first year, they couldn't have got this more spot on! They are so lovely, gave us incredible tips, such good hospitality and care and were such wonderful people to get to know! We can't wait to come back to this place.

Negative: Not staying long enough... and not taking Cannello the dog with us :)

From the moment we arrived, the owner greeted us with such warmth and hospitality, making us feel right at home. Their genuine care and attentiveness set the perfect tone for our vacation. The apartment was exceptionally clean, with every detail thoughtfully attended to—spotless surfaces, fresh linens, and a welcoming ambiance that made it feel like a true home away from home. The coziness of the apartment was unmatched; it was beautifully designed with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The entire property was simply amazing, surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of Chalikounas. Positive: She was making sure we have everything we need during our full stay. I think, we have been the first guests ever in this apartment. That is how clean and new it was. -Prompt communication, -Candle, flowers, toys ^_^ -Shampoo, Soap, Towels, Lotion, Fresh Bedding if needed, -Secure parking inside with big walls and gate, -Anti-mosquito curtain, -Cozy patio without direct sun to have a family breakfast, -AC, SmartTV, New kitchen -Walking distance to the Beach -Very close by, locals sell their vegetable produce at the street. This is the most fresh, and CHEAP option to get it. totally recommended.

Negative: Nothing significant, but I will list general things: -(location) This location is secluded quiet and private (benefit for some). You must use vehicle to get anywhere for some action. Including groceries. -(common at Greece islands) No tap water drinking. No toilet paper flushing.

Positive: We had a truly wonderful stay! This was our second visit to Corfu — after a less-than-ideal first trip — and we’re so glad we gave the island another chance. This time, everything exceeded our expectations and completely changed how we feel about Corfu. From the moment we arrived, Christina and her father made us feel incredibly welcome. Their hospitality was heartfelt and generous — we were checked on daily to ensure we were comfortable, and Christina often surprised our kids with local treats like bougatsa and biscuits, as well as beach toys. Her father greeted us warmly and even gifted us some traditional Corfiot ouzo. It was clear that both of them truly care about their guests and love what they do. Christina also gave us excellent recommendations throughout our stay — from stunning beaches to visit to great local tavernas for meals — all of which helped us explore and enjoy Corfu in the best possible way. The accommodation itself is beautiful — fully renovated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. There’s private parking, a lovely green area that our children and small dog enjoyed, and the whole environment felt peaceful and safe. The location is ideal — very quiet and perfect for families or anyone looking to relax. The beach is just a short walk away and is absolutely stunning: long, sandy, with calm and clear water. There’s even a charming taverna nearby, easily reachable on foot, which means you can have a relaxing stay without needing a car all the time.
