Positive: We were pleasantly surprised to see the kitchen stocked with so many wonderful treats as well as a welcoming bottle of wine😊 So generous! The location was great! We had rented a car from the start of our trip, however there was a nearby market in walking distance which was very convenient!

Summary: Giuseppe was so friendly and helpful right from the start! He was always available for questions! 😊

Positive: Giuseppe drove us from the station to Andrea House and gave us a thorough explanation of all we needed to know. There was a complete selection of food to start us off and a bottle of wine. We have stayed all over Italy and never seen such generosity. The flat was comfortable, clean and convenient. The supermarket at the end of the street was most useful. A regular bus service takes you the old town in five minutes.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: The apartment was everything we needed! Good location, quiet at night and very clean with all the utensils you need. Giuseppe is also one of the best hosts we’ve come across, he is a pleasure to speak to and was always happy to help us with anything we needed.

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The host was extremely thoughtful and welcoming, leaving us a selection of gifts, including wine, coffee, water, juice, and milk, which made us feel right at home. Parking was convenient with easy access right in front of the building. The location was perfect for getting around—just a 5-6 minute drive to the city center, university, and other parts of Lecce, and only 15 minutes by bus to the heart of the city. Plus, the apartment is conveniently close to the motorway, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Highly recommend

Negative: We sometimes walked back from the historical center late in the evening back to apartment, and it wasn’t a long walk—great for getting in some exercise, :) ! The last bus ride is around 21. A taxi ride is about 15 EUR if needed. I like this option more than to be in historical center, especially if you with car and you go around to see other places.

Positive: Everything was provided, flat was clean, we were greated by owners which were super friendly, explained everything. All essentials are there (cuttlery, seasonings, oil, crockery), everything provided in the bathroom, plentybof room in a flat, great modern area only 5-10 mins away from city centre. Milk, snacks, coffee pods, variaty of tea bags, water, juice-all was there on our arrival. Very happy with our stay, would 100% recommend AndreaHouse to anyone!!!

Positive: Giuseppe was absolutely fantastic. He was waiting for us at the door and was extremely friendly and kind. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything a guest may need. Giuseppe had even left for us some wine and pastries. Even recommended a great restaurant for dinner. An easy check in and parking. Well located and comfortable. I hope we can come back.
