Positive: Small room, nothing like photos. Only one bedside table due to size of room. No ability to turn off noisey air-conditioning fan. Staff were understanding but said it was bad luck we got the small room in the attic space. No compensation was offered.

Positive: Beautiful hotel, very comfy bed, fantastic location with easy access to Andover Downtown within 10min walk. Very quiet and green area with lots of walking trails.

Negative: The WiFi was a bit choppy, it dropped one night and although I was able to connect on my laptop, it didn't work on my phone. It's a bit of a shame that the restaurant is closed as I was looing forward to trying it out after having heard lots of positive reviews from colleagues. The gym is very basic but enough when staying for just a few days.

Summary: Lovely place in a beautiful area within walking distance to Andover Downtown.
