Positive: The room was spacious, the bedding was clean, and overall it was clean and comfortable. The hotel is also in a pretty good location, with plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby.
Negative: There were a few downsides. Parking can be difficult to find on weekends, and breakfast is available for an extra charge. This time, we also had a room with beds and mattresses that were not very comfortable. The biggest issue for us was the soundproofing. Even though the hotel description says the rooms are well soundproofed, there are noticeable gaps around the doors, so you can clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallway. Because of this, it was difficult to sleep well at night. We also had an issue with the shower. It was difficult to get both a comfortable water temperature and good water pressure at the same time. When the water was very hot, the pressure was fine, but at a normal, comfortable temperature, the water came out in a very weak stream. The coffee in the lobby was also disappointing. It was extremely watery, almost transparent, with very little coffee flavor, and simply did not taste good.
Summary: Overall, if you are only staying for a short time, the hotel is not a bad option.

Positive: Easy access, greatcontrol. Try courteous and accommodating. Property was very clean and otherwise maintained.
Negative: The hot tub was down for maintenance, we were looking forward to using it, but this was beyond staff control. .

Positive: The location and proximity to dining and the interstate were great. The hotel is on its own street away from the main areas, so it felt safe. The pool area was large and our kids enjoyed it a lot. The breakfast space and opportunities are awesome! The made-to-order omlettes and eggs were great.
Negative: The facilities are a little dated. The carpets are updated, but they make it a little dark. The bathroom in the room was small.
