Positive: The location was so central, yet quiet. The staff were so kind reaching out to us before we arrived and helping us through every detail. They even helped make reservations at an authentic restaurant for an incredible meal and held our bags at Hotel Cosmo at no additional charge after check out.

Positive: The apartment is located downtown, just a few minutes walk from all of the restaurants, attractions and the Central Market where I recommend that you go and do your shopping and eating as you will get everything at a much cheaper price than going to a restaurant. For that reason alone the apartments is worth the price. Checking in is simple, can be done via Whatsapp or 4 minute walk to the Cosmo Hotel reception where everyone is nice and helpful. Welcome drinks are not that much, a glass of sparkling wine or orange juice, would recommend a bit more variety. A big plus is that the apartment has a rooftop terrace where you can have breakfast / dinner. Also you have a washing machine and a dryer in the basement that you can use free of charge.
Negative: Things that can be improved: -> the building is located in a crowded area so expect that it's noisy, although the closed windows do the trick and you don't hear much from the outside noise. -> There is a smell in the apartment, probably from the old drainage system, nothing they can do about it I guess.

Positive: The location and apartment is great.Also the staff is very helpful and nice . Everything is very close from this wonderful apartment: restaurants , the Mercado Central , other shops and bars. Excelent location .
Negative: There is only one thing which disturb us very much : the terrible smell on the corridor of the house coming from the basement.
