Positive: This is a beautiful hotel close to the airport. The spa was a welcome treat and the staff very friendly. The food was very tasty and the rooms luxurious with extra treats.

Negative: The breakfast room is huge, loud and noisy. A bit of an assault on the senses. Smaller pockets of tables with some privacy would be better for someone like me.

Positive: All staff are very nice and humble as I have travelled globally but I have never seen the staff like this . The staff is always is ready to give service on spot. The hospitality have real Andaaz . Superb experience staying with Andaaz. So on that note I will be staying here forever whenever I visit India.

Positive: The breakfast was exceptional. The room was well-maintained and more spacious than I expected. The staff were always very supportive and pleasant throughout my stay.

Negative: Unfortunately, there was a slight smell of smoke when I entered the room. The booking mentioned a runway view, but the room had a view of the flight parking bay. Additionally, the entry gates were quite confusing. I accidentally entered through an apartment gate without realizing it.
