Positive: We had the most hospitable stay - the staff were beyond amazing. They picked up from the station and recommended us good restaurants nearby. The hotel was also just a quick walk from Furong village. We would highly recommend this place to foreigners.

Positive: The room is big, clean and comfortable. The stuff went above and beyond: we needed to wash some clothes and they have a room with several washing and drying machines, but they offered to operate them while we explored the city, so we had our clothes clean upon return. Thank you very much!

Positive: Good location and clean with decent value at 380Y for twin room.

Negative: The name of the hotel is not 'Ancient Dream Hotel' and there is no sign for it under this name, so if you ask a taxi or Didi they won't find it. The hotel should post its actual name in Chinese, which will save people a lot of bother. The contact for the hotel is part of a different company, so when you contact them, they are not actually in the same city but rather acting as a middleman. It's a bit confusing but long story short, if you speak Chinese you'll be able to work out the location/name of the hotel after a phone call or two, and if you don't speak Chinese you'll need to have a bit of luck and help from a nice English speaking Chinese person (like we did).

Positive: The room was classic with chinese style. Everything was clean and well-kept.The location for entering the waterfall. It is also excellent, being just a 10 minute walk from one of the entrances. The staff Lily was helping book activities and arranging a ride to and from the airport.
