Summary: Nice for a short break by the river, staff friendly , rooms clean, comfortable & quiet, breakfast is good with plenty of choices, bar is fine for a drink after a day out, the hotel just looks a little run down.

Summary: Booked for one night to explore the area, hotel was great, nice location, nice bar, most of the staff were friendly and smiley. can only offer an option on my room, unfortunately the bed is the most uncomfortable I have slept in.

Summary: This hotel is in a prime location. It’s very old. But a coat of paint clean grout and bedding that had been ironed would make all the difference Drink at the bar was very expensive compared to other bars in the town. Staff were lovely and breakfast wasn’t bad. Although everything had been pre cooked It could be beautiful if the owner just put in a bit of effort
