Positive: The room was clean. Comfortable bed and nice shower. The room was spacious.

Negative: The virtual check in process was unexceptionable. It took 3 tries for the machine to get our rooms keys correct. I much prefer a person at the desk I could talk to. It was a noisy location. The air conditioner was very loud when it came on, the walls were thin so you heard noise from other rooms and there was some kind of fog horn blowing off and on all night.

Summary: For a 1 night night stay, it was fine but I wouldn’t stay for a vacation.

Positive: Very clean, it appeared recently remodeled, great location if you're there to hike the Redwoods. Laundry units were available for a small cost. We arrived very late due to a road accident and the virtual assistant was available for a late check in.

Negative: A travel/tourism/hiking guide that included the best restaurants nearby.

Summary: Conveniently located to the redwoods, comfortable, clean, would stay here again.

Positive: Room was very clean and big, good lighting, and had an AC unit.

Negative: Bathtub mixer valve sounded like a freight train, making the shower super loud and rushed.

Positive: I loved the proximity to the beach and the staff was very helpful.

Negative: The wifi didn't work at all while we were there and no actual staff to talk to about issues besides a computer was a little discerning.
