Negative: Bed made up with sheet in wrong direction! Minimal cutlery, bowls etc, would have been easier with more than two teaspoons.

Positive: The flat is in very good state and well looked after. Very good value for money. We had a lovely stay in there.

Negative: The communication with the host could be a lot better. When we arrived to the address provided by booking.com we could not reach anyone regarding the code for the box so we could open the front door. We sat outside of the property for over 2 hours as nobody was answering the phone or responding to our messages. We ended up calling the customer service on booking.com trying to get them to contact the host and help us to get inside. Finally after 2 hours and number of phone calls and messages sent we managed to get the response we were looking for. In the future all relevant information should be given out to people straight after the booking gets confirmed by the Web site to avoid any situation like our one.
