Positive: A fantastic all round experience, we loved every moment - from the unexpected upgrade, to the beautiful venue and villas and experience. My little girls were over the moon, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for an exceptional experience. The villa staff were outstanding too.

Negative: Nothing, other than golf buggies to collect from the villa were a little slow sometimes

Positive: The service was amazing and service of two members were exceptional - Firuzi (who did the check in for us, took us to view the villas, took us to the Beach Club for dinner and he was simply amazing. In the Beach Club, the waiter Sachindu was so so good and maid our dinner such a pleasant experience!

Positive: Everything was excellent and beautiful, a perfect place to visit.

Negative: What I didn’t like is that, for the first time ever, I had to pay a hotel twice – once through your app in advance, and again at the reception. When I checked in, the staff asked me if I would pay cash or card. I told them I had already paid via Booking.com, and they said yes, but the amount is only frozen, so I had to pay again there. I was surprised but agreed, and paid with the same card I used for the booking. Later, I found out that both amounts were actually charged, not just frozen. It’s been three days now and there’s been no action from your side. Every time I call, I’m given cold responses, and they keep saying they’ll transfer me to reception, but when they do, the call is hung up! This is unacceptable and I expect an urgent response
