Positive: The staff were very accommodating and pleasant to talk to. The pool access also has no time limit, which is a plus. Overall, the place is cozy, peaceful, and quiet.

Negative: The bathroom’s drainage system needs improvement. After taking a shower, there’s a high chance that the bathroom water will overflow into the room because there’s only a small wall separating the bathroom from the sleeping area. There’s also no TV or other amenities, so it’s really just a place to sleep.

Summary: This resort is definitely worth the money and deserves more recognition.

Positive: Anaiah has great potential to become a top garden resort stay in Cebu, it is doing really well for a new resort. Staff were lovely and helpful especially Edson and John. Thank you for making our stay so warm and hospitable. All the best!

Negative: Just some tips for improvement so that the resort stay can be improved! -There can be a full length mirror in the room, good for when you want to get ready to go out. -There can be shower hooks or a shelf/ledge to hang clothes & towel in the shower when bathing. -More hairdryers for the entire resort.

Summary: Loved it, was peaceful, the restaurant serves great food, family room was perfect for 3 people!

Positive: The property was amazing and clean. The staff were attentive and beyond kind. We had incredible conversations with the manager and staff every time we left and returned. Honestly the nicest ever which was super cool. My wife and I enjoyed every second of it. The nice part was the location, it was half way between the main drag and the seaside area so it’s quiet but so close to both sides. You have the markets and kitchens on the Main Street and the touristic atmosphere on the seaside. It really was best of both worlds without being stuck in either. Outstanding resort.

Negative: The pool was a bit warm but it was clear and clean. Just heat outside made its way into the water. Normal stuff.

Summary: Amazing staff, clean and comfortable beds, great location yet private.
