Negative: The wifi there was unstable and one of the beds has no sockets near it. It was also a little noisy outside at night

Positive: Location was excellent being near Bath Spa railway station and the city centre. Sergio welcomed me and the bedroom and private bathroom were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good.

Negative: Slightly expensive for a B&B but understandable since my stay coincided with the Xmas market.

Summary: Excellent location and comfort.

Positive: Breakfast was ok but when on a break or holiday my friend and I like a cooked breakfast especially on a cold day but we both knew this wasn't the case at the Guest House but breakfast was adequate and plentiful

Negative: The pillows were ever so hard but that comes down to taste I prefer a softer pillow myself

Positive: Absolutely lovely, friendly host and staff. Great communication on the day of arrival. Fantastic little place right in the city centre, mere seconds from Bath Abbey and the train station. The free breakfast was tasty and easy to access. Tidy and clean room with tea/coffee making facilities. Good amount of storage in the room. Clean ensuite with complimentary shampoo and body wash. Electric standing fan in the room for hot days. TLDR: The stay was excellent quality, especially for the price we payed. Would recommend and would return.

Negative: There were many stairs to climb which were difficult at times after a lot of walking, so be prepared for that. The bathroom was quite small and compact, which was absolutely fine for us, but could be a struggle for someone larger. There are nighttime venues nearby, which can create some noise, especially on a Saturday. The hotel has done its best to mitigate this with two windows, but is important to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.
