Positive: Good location in Bunclody, within walking distance of the shops on the high street, a pub right next door and a supermarket just up the road. The house sits on the main road, so you can hear some traffic during the day, especially at rush hour, but it’s much quieter at night. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The living room is pleasant, though seating can be a bit limited if there are more than four adults. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. The owner was very friendly and helpful, making it easy for us to book an extra night. They also assisted promptly when we couldn’t figure out how to use the heating and responded quickly to messages.

Summary: Great central location in Bunclody — clean, comfortable and perfect for our family stay.

Positive: Stayed in an teach ban for a family event nearby. Owner was great to deal with. The house itself was stunning with everything provided and great effort made by the owners to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The welcome pack in the house was very informative on not only the house but also the area of bunclody and surrounding area. The pub next door was a lovely spot to enjoy a few drinks and so handy!! We enjoyed a nice breakfast down the town the next morning . We look forward to hopefully returning in the future for a longer stay and to explore the area more..

Positive: Very comfortable property with one of the 4 bedrooms & 1 of the 2 bathrooms downstairs which really suited the grandparents with us. Great fully enclosed back garden, so our dog was very safe, and had seating area, very private and not overlooked. Well equipped kitchen, including air fryer. Easy to find, on main road, with a handy large shop just up the road & lots of places to eat along Bunclody Main Street. A good location for exploring Counties Wicklow & Wexford.

Negative: Only seating for 4 (2 x 2 seater sofas) in the living room. Traffic noise in the morning.

Positive: Highly recommend a stay at An Teach Ban😊 We travel a lot in Ireland and this stay was our best yet. Beautiful house with all needs catered for, great back garden for kids to play, we had great weather so enjoyed the garden. Lovely Welcome touches from host, brown bread was delicious. Beds really comfortable. Everything you need in kitchen was super. Near lovely nature walk and outdoor swimming pool. Walk to everything which was great 😊

Negative: Absolutely loved it all.

Positive: Excellent communications from Margo, keeping me informed, even on checkin day when the house was ready early. The house was clean, with wonderfully comfortable beds and a great back garden to laze in the sunshine after a busy day touring Wexford. Perfectly located with the wonderful Jack Rabbit Pub just to the left as you look at the house!! Very handy. 😉

Negative: Nothing really. Just the time was too short....

Positive: Great space for our family of four and two small dogs. Garden was stunning, completely secure/enclosed, so able to leave our dogs outside to play unsupervised! House is v well stocked and in a great central location - in walking distance to all amenities and 30 or so mins drive to some amazing blue flag beaches.

Negative: The downside of the central location is the noisy road (heavy traffic pretty much from dawn till dusk!) - however, if you keep the windows shut, the noise isn't too ntrusive.
