Positive: Absolutely recommend. This is a wonderful homestay. The owners are truly caring and kind. They were concerned about my safety during the typhoon. I came in late at night and they were welcoming, kind and enthusiastic to show me the room at 0100. The rooms were exceptionally clean and large. I enjoyed the view of the gardens from the large windows. I was able to use a bicycle to sight see in the area on a beautiful day. There is a nice clean pool to use also. When sadly it was time to leave, Kevin assured I got to the train station safe and timely. The owners are genuine and their hospitality was exceptional.

Positive: All of it was great! Beautiful garden with lots of natural shade, beautiful plants and places to relax around a pristine pool. The room was big and very comfortable, especially the beds with lovely evening light and a fridge with cold drinks! Kevin and his wife are gorgeous. They helped us with planning/organising our days, arranging mopeds, washing clothes and were generous at every point.

Positive: Absolutely beautiful homestay. Kevin and his family were more than kind and hospitable. There was a night where a storm took out the electricity, and he brought us food and a lamp and apologised profusely even though it was in no way his fault. The room was so clean, and the pool was lovely. Would definitely come back

Positive: Such a tranquil and beautiful place. Extremely well kept, clean as can be, and we were treated like family! For us it was the perfect balance of being in a village, yet quick and easy 5-10 min drive from all main places, old town, city center, Tam Coc, Trang An. Also a great breakfast!!!

Positive: Kevin and his family were so incredibly welcoming and helpful in every way. We only had a short stay in Ninh Bình and Kevin arranged fit a full day with scooters to see all the all the most impozantan cuktural sites and natural features. We couldnt be Hapsite with iur stay. If you are considering a Homestay then this is the best option with amazing food cooked for us for two days. We had a wonderful informative exciting and welcome stay at An Phú Homestay.

Positive: Very friendly people, heartwarming welcome. Very clean, comfortable big room and lovely garden. Bikes available and any question is quickly answered. The food was delicious and Luong and his wife are fantastic cooks for all kinds of dishes. As vegetarians we could choose among different delicious meals.

Positive: The hosts Luong and Huong have made an oasis. They built this place by hand. It is pristine clean with beautiful facilities. My room was huge with huge windows! With a most comfortable bed. The food was delicious. Lovely garden and flowers, so nice to relax after a day of sightseeing. Luong took me around by motorbike, it was so much fun! He and his wife really cared. I liked also that it is set away from all the tourists.

Positive: Our favourite stay of the entire trip. Great hosts, Mrs Luong is so kind, Mr Luong is super knowledgeable. Super kitchen, comfortable bed, lovely garden, and cleaner than the Ritz. Highly recommend choosing An Phu Homestay.
