On the mezzanine floor there is a large living room with dining area and a fireplace, furnished in a classic style with warm and cozy colors, a well equipped kitchen, a double en-suite bedroom, a double bedroom with two twin beds that can be joined upon request, a bedroom with twin beds and another bathroom with shower, between the two twin bedrooms.
The lower floor features an open space with an equipped kitchen, a double and a single sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.
A comfortable outdoor veranda allows to enjoy the beautiful view on the pool and on the surroundings.

Summary: This is a beautiful classic Italian villa in a gorgeous location with pretty views from the terraces. Very clean and well equipped kitchen, good sized bedrooms and modern bathrooms. The gardens are really stunning, pots filled with geraniums and mature pine trees - lots of different areas to sit out, in sun or shade. Lovely little village with grocery shop, pizzeria, cafe and restaurant - all short walking distance. Will definitely be coming back - it’s utterly charming and very relaxing!

Summary: The villa is in a beautiful quiet spot. The outside pool area is outstanding and fabulous to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. A short walk into the village for a coffee but you need a car to get to restaurants and sightseeing. The agent was very helpful too. The only small issue was the bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable. However we would definitely return as enjoyed the peacefulness of this gorgeous villa.
