Positive: Truly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our honeymoon. Beautiful property right on the water, walking distance to the beach and downtown, and easy parking for our rental car. Elena and her mother were incredibly friendly and work very hard to keep the place in pristine conditions. I would recommend Amoreddu to anyone looking to stay in San Teodoro (which is really the perfect beach town) and looking forward to coming back again someday!

Negative: Not much to dislike, honestly. Going into our stay, I was a little suspicious about the incredibly high rating this place had. But after spending a week there, there's no doubt they deserve all the praise they receive and more.

Positive: Everything was excellent. Great location, close to restaurants and bars. The views are stunning, photos do not do this property justice! It’s quiet, private, and excellent quality. Breakfast was lovely on the terrace overlooking the sea. 5 min walk to a lovely beach. We loved all of it. Deserves the high review scores and the experience matches the reviews.

Positive: Breakfast was excellent and a good choice. The location was great, a short walk to the beach and the town. Plenty of outside seating, either sofa or lounges

Negative: Fully satisfied with everything.

Positive: Stayed for 4 nights beginning of October, the villa is beautiful and photos don’t do it justice! Great views and outdoor areas with a jacuzzi on the top floor too. Light breakfast fab everyday and having access to the kitchen for drinking water, hot drinks, freshly squeezed orange juice and the fridge was great. Quiet location but walking distance to town and La Cinta beach. San Teodoro is lovely, definitely recommend for a good base but recommend a car to venture out! Elena and her mother are brilliant friendly hosts. Thank you :)

Positive: Fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. It's evident that property was meticulously designed. It has all the comforts that one needs when on vacation and more. Room was very clean, with a lovely view from the terrace. Guests can also make use of the well equipped kitchen and the jacuzzi which is quite relaxing after a day out. A good breakfast was also served. It's a home away from home, wish we could have spent more days here. We will certainly cherish our memories in this place. If we ever return to San Teodoro, we will certainly book this place again!
