Positive: I liked the location, easy access to the Amman Citadel. As for the comfort of the room, the bed, mattress and pillows were very comfortable.

Negative: We stayed on the fifth floor, and it was very noisy until late at night, caused by the rooftop. There was noise from tables and chairs dragging on the floor, people talking loudly, and the sound of the television. If possible, ask to stay on the lower floors. The bathroom had no shower stall or curtain, so it would get completely wet after showering. I didn't like the hotel's travel agency; they were not very informative, and I was misled about a tour. They were not very trustworthy. The breakfast was very weak and had few options.

Summary: Cheap, good location, but noisy because of the rooftop.

Positive: Perfectly locked, close to all the must see sites, walkable distance. Very responsive and helpful host, spoke perfect English. Easy to check in/out. The room was clean The A/C worked well, but, unfortunately with the noise. We slept in comfortable warm room:)

Negative: The noise from outside. Limited choice for breakfast.

Positive: Budget hotel in downtown Amman. Brilliant location for the Citadel and Theatre. Plenty of parking on the street outside. Room was adequate but nothing exceptional, but for the price and location it was fine. Good breakfast buffet.

Negative: Everything felt a bit tired, and in need of a ‘lick of paint.

Summary: Good budget hotel in downtown Amman, a bit rough round the edges but you get what you pay for!

Positive: Everything was amazing it was clean , internet was amazing. There under new ownership everything is much better then last year when I stayed. The have an amazing rooftop over room the room theater and citadel.

Positive: Good price for trips local prices there drivers speak English I was scared going to Jordan but I’m very thankful full choosing this hotel they made my stay feel comfortable there location is good u stayed in a couple hotels this was everyone was honest and advised me where and where not to buy my stuff as some corner shops tried to over charge me

Positive: I stayed for one night. Great location — just 5 minutes’ walk and a nice view of the Roman Theatre. Good price for what you get. Tasty breakfast, and they have tours and money exchange. I can recommend it.
