Positive: Very spacious and modern home, good location, parking was a breeze and having the additional parking in the back was plus.

Negative: My one complaint was that there was something upstairs that triggered my allergies horribly, I'm not exactly sure what, but the whole house was extremely clean and I felt very comfortable.

Positive: Karen was very kind, helpful and thoughtful. We were really impressed by the warmful welcome and the careness of her. This is the first time we stay in an apartment in Washington DC, and Karen made it felt just like home. Whenever we needed something, there was a note that help us right there. In the drawer there was even a map show us the parking lot, how to get there, key to unlock the door, even some public transportation cards with note wrote that we could borrow to explorer the city. The apartment was really nice and modern with lights, heated and full of stuffs like games to play with friends, or even books, printers, first aid, skin cream... The kitchen was amazing with full of kitchenware, spicies, even honey, flour... For those who like cooking, this is really a plus. The front yard was really nice and filled with green. We loved to walk on the street in the front of the house and felt really relax. We definitely come back here whenever we come to DC.

Positive: Amma's Place was outstanding in every way! This apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, spacious, and had all the amenities anyone could need. The location was in a great residential neighborhood that was safe and very close to all the things you want to visit in Washington DC. The host was extremely accommodating and communicated with us to make sure we had everything we needed. This property gets our very best and most enthusiastic double thumbs up!

Negative: Bus to downtown took about 30 mins due to traffic. Would have liked a grocery store a little closer as didn't have a car, but not a reason not to stay there.
