Best location on the lake for families, couples and dedicated sportsmen who want to be on the lake when the sun comes up. Five minutes to the nearest boat ramp. Three bedroom, two bath with 2200 sq ft eight miles north of Del Rio Tx. Living area is tile as well as both bathrooms with carpet in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, guest bedroom #1 has a queen and a single while guest bedroom #2 has a queen and a double. Depending on sleeping arrangements it should accommodate 6-8. A great place to enjoy the lake, fishing, hunting or nearby tourist attractions. Del Rio is without doubt the nicest border town in Texas. Shopping, Texas oldest vineyard, museums, movie theater and great places to eat are an easy 15 min drive from the house. Seminole Canyon State Park is just a 20 min drive and a must see. Safety is not an issue here as it can be in other towns along the Rio Grande. Please no pets. Come and enjoy!

Summary: Our stay was wonderful. The house was very clean and comfortable with lots of room. The property has lots of wildlife with many deer and great birding in the area. The host provided very timely responses to all of our questions. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the property to anyone visiting the area.

Summary: We arrived at night and found the property easily. Once inside the room ES were welcoming, large and very comfortable. The kitchen had all amenities and although we did not cook any real meals, we could have easily done so. WiFi and cellular worked very well and we had no problems with the televisions. The host provided easy instructions for check in and check out. We had no complaints and highly recommend this property.
