Summary: Great stay staff was nice but our door was broken and had to ask staff to open for us and our room did not have a microwave, but the staff were great for anything we needed the place was very clean we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The outside of this motel did not represent the inside. When I arrived I thought I had made a mistake booking. The room was very nice and clean. Everything in the room was new. I will book here again when I come back. I would like to see the outside cleaned up. I think it would definitely help with business for people driving through looking for a place to stay. My overall experience was good though. Nice attraction either way you go. And the mountains are absolutely beautiful!

Summary: Room was clean and the service friendly but there were 2 outlets in our room that didn’t work and hairdryer was broke, had to request new one in the morning. No breakfast but coffe and tea in the morning.

Summary: I had a long drive from Nashville and didn’t get there until 12:30am. The guy at the front desk was so nice and even gave me some tums for my heartburn lol. The room was clean and the bed was so comfy! I will definitely be staying again on my next trip!!
