Positive: The staff were very helpful and friendly - I was there for a family matter. I happened to lose my car keys and the staff called me to tell me they had found them before I left town. They took the extra step once my keys were turned in to contact me. What a relief to have my personal keys back so when I have to return to that area I will be staying there. Really good facilities.

Positive: This is the second time I have stayed there. This time was totally different from the first time. Check in was a total pain. They tried to say the rooms I did reserved and paid for wasn’t what I booked. This only after they said it wasn’t even booked.

Negative: The fact there is grills all around. It’s ok to have one or maybe two. Maybe they could even match would be great. Hallway with the stairs needs better lighting during the day.

Summary: I will give housekeeping two thumbs up. Jenny and Sam was so kind to my autistic daughter.

Positive: Clean hotel and friendly staff. The location was perfect as well. Breakfast was always good.

Negative: Bathtub didn't drain well. We had to get keys multiple times at the desk for your door because they didn't work.

Summary: Very nice hotel, I will stay here again.

Positive: Nice and clean . Friendly staff

Negative: Constructions workers staying there hanging out at door not moving for you to get inside. Drinking and grilling. Didn’t mind them there just wish they were further from door

Positive: Jackie was exceptional! Her breakfasts were really hot, nourishing, tasty starts to the day. The ladies that cleaned the room were very thorough.

Negative: Manager was not cordial. I preferred to interact with Jackie
