Summary: Cody at the front desk checked us in and was extremely helpful and accommodating to our requests. The lobby is very nice, but the rest of the hotel is very old and needs to be renovated and updated. The towels were in need of replacing, there was no wall thermostat, furnishings old, no USB outlets in the rooms, electrical issues (when using the treadmill a circuit blew, the treadmill stopped and I was in a dark fitness room), when using the waffle maker at breakfast it blew the circuit breaker again. It has only 2 floors, but there are no elevators for the 2nd floor, pool area and fitness room look worn down. Staff were friendly, unfortunately the hotel needs to be updated.

Summary: Room smelled like smoke, we let them know as there is a 200 cleaning charge for smoking. We didn't move because there were lots of families with young kids running in the halls and at the pool and the room we had was quiet. The pool was empty the second night (weeknight) we were there and nice. But too busy to use the other nights. Close to downtown area with food and short 20-25 minute drive to national park south entrance.

Summary: Really great stay! Almost wish we were there longer. Staff was so nice. Beds comfortable. They had breakfast, pool/spa open late, laundry available, easy to interstate, very clean

Summary: We were pleasantly impressed with our stay at AmericInn in Dickinson, ND. We stayed 3 nights. Rooms were clean. The staff was over accommodating and extremely kind! Always friendly and willing to help. Our kids loved the pool. They also have a conference room attached to the pool area so we were able to have a birthday party with family for a small addition fee. We plan to stay again!!

Summary: There’s a metal platform on their beds. Every time I got in or out, I scratched my legs. I left with bruised and bloody legs.
