Positive: Desk staff (owner?) was very, very hospitable and helpful. When our first assigned room smelled of a previous guest smoking, he immediately found us another room with the same amenities. He was always smiling and asking if we needed anything. It was quiet and good for getting a good night's sleep.

Negative: Location is a little tricky, but I knew that before we booked as we have stayed there before. I got temporarily lost coming back to hotel after doing a little shopping.

Summary: Our stay was pleasant and comfortable.
