Positive: Very pleasant check in person. I asked a question on the phone and he was very pleasant and told me what I needed to do. The room was spotless, the restroom too. Loved the tile floors. They can show how clean the room is verses carpets. Plenty of room to hang my clothes and put all my products on the sink. King bed was very comfortable and sheets were clean. TV worked easily and the Wi-Fi also. All around a very pleasant stay. I would stay there again if I was going that way.

Positive: We stayed here after riding the polar express train. I liked the proximity to the train station, and the beds were pretty comfy!

Negative: We found and killed a roach right before we went to bed on the nightstand, so I was paranoid about that all night. We could see out the bottom and sides of the door so the sealing wasn’t great. There were only 2 pillows per bed, which is alright, but they were thin and my husband usually sleeps with 3 fairly thick ones at home! So that was a bit difficult. The tile flooring looks nice but is super cold. The breakfast was also underwhelming- looked like just a couple of types of cereal and some coffee? It’s in the office area but it was locked when we came down around 7am. The lady that checked us in was friendly and helpful.

Positive: The room was clean.

Negative: They are renovating so i expect it to improve as they go along. The room was clean but with no carpet, it was loud; everything was louder. There was not a place for breakfast, it was 2 dispensers of cereal, coffee (no in room coffee) and a few pastries at the check in desk. Folks arriving after us at 11pm were very loud (not the hotels fault but the clientele attracted). I thing the amount I payed was too much for the accommodation.
