Positive: Comfortable bed, clean space, good location, friendly staff, convenient parking.

Negative: The place is definitely what you pay for. To be clear, we had no issues and did enjoy our stay! A few small things, the bathroom amenities were lacking--very little shampoo and one bar of soap to use for both washing hands and for body wash in the shower. The place was also weirdly set up for three as in 3 sets of towels, 3 pillows on the bed but only 1 king size bed. Needless to say, my wife and I had a vicious fight over the pillow before I (graciously) let her use the third for the entirety of the trip.

Negative: Put small cafe table and chairs outside for breakfast or inform people free breakfast take to room to eat. I don’t like standing up to eat food or having it on my lap sitting on a bench
