Positive: The location was perfect for me because it was very close to Max Baer Park. And there are many restaurants and supermarkets very close to the hotel. It's facilities were good and the staff was professional. I would highly recommend it.

Negative: The pool is under construction.

Summary: In case I need to return to California I will book my stay again at America's Best Value Inn.

Positive: The going rate was fine. If you need to save and you're traveling alone for a little simple blue collar work the stay is ok.

Negative: The shower was underwhelming. It was a bit moldy and badly in need of caulking. Also the water pressure is very light. They must keep the water supply to these units low perhaps to save on overhead. Either that or the inside piping to my room is really calcified (it's hard water in livermore). At least the toilet flushed alright.

Summary: I'm fortunate to have only needed one night's stay

Negative: I wish they had hair dryers. Coffee in office good. I think the g Hotel is updating the rooms with nice flooring, bathrooms, etc. doing a good job.
