You also have a king size bed in the master and two twin beds in the guest room, as well as a standard washer and dryer. There are 3 TVs, located in the living room, Master and Guest bedroom, where you can access, Netflix, Prime Video as well as other web-based channels. Open the door and find a large private patio where you can admire many varieties of birds and access the spacious backyard with picnic table.
Centrally located to numerous great fishing lakes and relatively close to Lake Okeechobee, the home is in the perfect location for boat owners or fisherman. Driveway has lots of room to bring your boat. We are also on a cul-de-sac, so there is not much traffic.
Location is great for race car enthusiasts as well, as the Sebring International Raceway is only 15 minutes away. Also close to several golf courses, state parks and hunting preserves.
Please no smoking in the unit, but feel free to on the patio.
