Get comfortable and spread out across three (3) separate levels of living space. This newly furnished home, which features original woodwork and tall ceilings, offers multiple areas to gather:
- [Upper Level] 4 generous-sized Bedrooms (3 King Size + 1 Full Size), 1 Full Bathroom, Hallway overlooking Foyer and Stairway
- [Main Level] Kitchen, Living, Family, and Dining Rooms, 1/2 Bathroom, and Foyer. Kitchen and Bathrooms are fully stocked. Kitchen was recently renovated with new tile flooring, countertops, and cabinets.
- [Lower Level] Home Theater, Recreation/Game Room, Full Bathroom, and Laundry Room
KITCHEN
Kitchen appliances including a fridge, gas stove, microwave, Kuerig coffee machine, blender, toaster oven, waffle maker, and popcorn maker!
The kitchen is stocked with cookware, silverware, children's silverware, plates, cups, cereal bowls, coffee mugs, cutlery, cutting boards, colander, glass storage containers, pizza cutters, mixing bowls, can openers, measuring cups, salt & pepper, cooking oil, aluminum foil and more!
We will also provide the following items:
- Coffee bar (K-cups, creamer, sugar, stir straws, disposable/to go coffee cups and lids)

Summary: We drove from Baraboo, WI (4 hours) to meet our older son, who lives in St. Louis (2.5 hrs) and our younger son, lives in Chicago (2.5 hrs) to celebrate Easter. This beautiful home was clean, comfortable and conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. We brought our small pup and enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Comfortable beds, nice shower, and entertainment room in basement (we watched a movie on huge screen tv after fun day in Peoria).

Summary: Had everything I needed, property was clean post always responded to any questions. The theater room in the basement was awesome large TV with plenty to watch and comfortable couch.

Summary: The house is in a very nice historical area . It’s large has good amenities and was clean . Beds were very comfortable. We had a dog with us and the fenced yard was great for him . Gerard the owner was very nice and responsive. Highly recommend if heading to Peoria.

Summary: My husband and our adult children were in town for a family wedding and couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations! The house was perfect and there was plenty of space and parking. The communication was the best we’ve ever experienced with a VRBO property. The house was well stocked and they thought of everything. The location was great too and I felt like we could get to everything in just a few minutes. I would 100% stay again!

Summary: This is an older home but was beautifully updated. It is probably one of the best Vrbo's we have rented. We were surprised not to find a dishwasher, but were pleased to see the paper plates and cups available making clean up easier. Great to have a garage - not many properties offer that. Beds were comfortable, nice and firm. Overall it was a lovely experience.
