Summary: Perfect location for a perfect beach getaway!The house was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and steps from the beach. The owners are cordial and responsive via messaging and we were sorry not to have opportunity to meet them in person!

Summary: My husband, one dog and I stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was spotless, bed was super comfy and the location was quiet and super close to the beach, maybe a one minute walk to beach access 4. The hosts, Jim and Judy, were the absolute best. If you needed anything, they were there for you. I enjoyed our chats and their recommendation to eat at The Patio was spot on. The house was stocked with anything you could possibly needed. The patio was great to sit on after a long day on the beach. While we were there, a new motorized awning was installed over the patio which just added to our enjoyment. The house is within walking distance of a few restaurants and Main Beach, close to Fort Clinch and a short drive to downtown Fernandina Beach. I'm sorry we had to leave but would 100% stay here again.

Summary: We had a great two week stay. The house was clean and very well equipped. The location was perfect being within easy walking distance of the beach and some good restaurants. Other interesting areas to visit were only a short drive away. Will be staying there again on our next trip to Amelia Island
