Negative: Lack of residents bar we were unaware on the 1st night appreciate it's a family friendly hotel so just a notice in the bar or lobby to inform us would have been fine we had a lovely stay

Positive: Beautiful hotel, warm pool,lovely health spa,delicious food (breakfast and BBG restaurant) very helpful, friendly staff( my son has epilepsy and I forgot to bring a yogurt for his medication at 9pm, the staff got me some yogurt within5 mins of asking) great for kids, plenty of activities, great location, safe and secure, highly recommend 😀 😊 👍

Summary: Wonderful weekend with my husband and son. Will definitely be back to stay longer next time 👍👍👍

Positive: Its brilliant for kids. So much for them to do.

Negative: A couple of small, easily fixed type of things. Pillows were awful.. very hard... impossible to get comfortable. No toiletries in the room which I just think is a nice touch in every hotel. The food was absolutely beautiful but the deserts were served in a small glass tumbler. I think it just made it seem really cheap looking... In the room I was in, when having a shower, the water wasn't draining out of the bath properly so I was standing with the water above my ankles. And the only other thing was the gaming room isn't open midweek which I think is bad because your paying almost as much for a midweek stay as you are a weekend. I just think all the facilities should be operational. Other than those things it was fantastic and we will definitely visit the hotel again.
